General Purchase Order Terms and Conditions 1. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDER

GOVERNING LAW - The Purchase Order incorporating these terms and conditions and the performance of the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the State of Texas. [...] In the event of the Seller’s noncompliance with the requirements of paragraphs (1), (2), and (4), or with any rules, regulations, or orders that may be promulgated in accordance with the Executive Order of September 22, 2020, this purchase order may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part and the Seller may be declared ineligible for further Government contracts in accordance wit.
