This Annex is an integral part of the study supporting the evaluation of EU Agencies: Eurofound, Cedefop, ETF and EU-OSHA for the period 2017-2022.1 It provides an account of the methods and analytical models used in this evaluation. It also presents the limitations and an assessment of the robustness of the evaluation findings. The evaluation findings are presented in the main report, to which this document is annexed.
