In it, Amnesty International evaluates the implementation of recommendations made to Türkiye in its previous review, including in relation to independence of the judiciary, protection of freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, gender-based violence, discrimination against LGBTI persons, prohibition of torture and other ill-treatment and the implementation of the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
