Background to the strategic plan The first meeting of the GlobE Network held in November 2021 adopted the Network Charter which included the Network's vision, aims and objectives and selected the Network's first Steering Committee. [...] Vision, aim and objectives The GlobE Network Charter is the foundational document of the Network and determines the purpose and overall direction of the GlobE Network. [...] The "online one stop hub" will be launched as the Collaboration Hub, presenting the tools and services of the GlobE Network and partners, including knowledge products and capacity-building programmes. [...] Тhe GlobE SCP should leverage the lessons-learned from the use of the interim GlobE SCP and will complement other existing platforms for the exchange of law enforcement information and intelligence. [...] GlobE Network regional components enhance the impact of the Network by getting it closer to practitioners and cases, overcoming the hesitance of sharing information, getting the right authorities and right people involved, promoting and further enhancing GlobE Network services, and supporting synergies with partners.
