Amnesty International delivered this statement on the occasion of the General Debate at HRC57 expressing concerns about restrictions on civic space in China; abusive and discriminatory laws, policies and practices against religious and other minorities, as well as human rights defenders and activists, in India; and arbitrary arrests and detention in Tunisia.
