CONTEXT In 2002, the Government of Canada endowed the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation with the Advanced Research in the Humanities and Human Sciences Fund in the amount of $125 million, to be capitalized in perpetuity as a legacy in honour of the former Prime Minister. [...] GOALS AND PRINCIPLES The Foundation’s Travel and Research Policy has the following goals: • To ensure the exemplary management of the Foundation’s resources, and optimize the use of resources allotted for travel; • To offer travel conditions that meet travellers’ legitimate needs and expectations.
