Meetings of the General Assembly shall be convened by the President, the Executive Vice President or by one of the Vice Presidents, in accordance with the decision of the Executive Board. [...] The vote of the majority of the members present at a meeting, if a quorum is present at the time of the vote, shall constitute the decision of the Executive Board. [...] The Committees shall have the authority of the Executive Board in the management of the Society; 2. [...] The Executive Board shall carry out the decisions of the General Assembly and of the Membership referendum, as long as they are not inconsistent with the law, the Certificate of Incorporation, and the Bylaws; 6. [...] The President of the Society shall have the right to consult the former Presidents of the Society who together constitute the Collegium of Presidents.
