2.2 Purpose, users, and scope of the Evaluation The ultimate goal of the evaluation is to enhance the effectiveness and impact of MRGE's programmes dedicated to promoting and protecting the human rights of minorities including the Roma. [...] 3.2 Data collection and analysis 3.2.1 Methodological approach to evaluation Results-based approach was used to determine the extent to which the main goals and specific objectives of the intervention have been achieved based on the benchmarks and outcome indicators that were defined during the project design and included in the original project proposal to the EU. [...] Another strength is the effort made in Slovakia to solidify the role of Roma fieldworkers within the organization itself, ensuring their long-term involvement and thereby enhancing the sustainability of the partnership between the Roma community and the partner organization. [...] Additionally, it assessed the relevance to context by examining how well the context was understood and considered during the design of the intervention, and how the context evolved or changed from the inception to the conclusion of the intervention. [...] The evaluation also scrutinized the relevance of quality and design, including how effectively the intervention was constructed to address pertinent priorities, whether the goals were clearly articulated and specified, and the extent to which the priorities and needs of beneficiaries and stakeholders were incorporated into the intervention's objectives and underlying theory of change.
