The joint project may only be funded if at least 50% of the award is allocated to the partner at the German university or if the partner at the German university heads the project. [...] The grant holder alone has the right to use the equipment for the duration of the research project. [...] In cases where scientific misconduct has been established, the DFG may impose one or more of the following sanctions in accordance with its Rules of Procedure, depending on the nature and severity of the scientific misconduct: 6 The principles of good scientific practice can be found in detail in the DFG Code of Conduct - Guidelines for Safeguarding Good Research Practice and in the Funding Guidel. [...] submit progress reports on the research according to the dates specified in the award letter and to present financial accounts to the DFG detailing the use of funds. [...] If the topic of your research project is related to the work of a Collaborative Research Centre (SFB) located at your university, you should enclose a statement by the SFB’s coordinator on the topical relationship of your work to the SFB and the intent to include your project in the next SFB application.
