- Subcomponent 1.1 Improving Access to the Minimum Service Package MSP at Primary Healthcare Level US40.58 million implemented by UNICEF US39.58 million and WHO US1.00 million 6
- Sub-component 1.1 will continue to finance the MSP at PHCs. 6
