The President or the Executive Secretary will formally advise the country of the composition of the assessment team at the time the team is confirmed. [...] Where there is a failure to comply with the agreed timelines, then the following actions could be taken (depending on the nature of the default): a) Failure by the country - the FATF President may write to the head of delegation or the relevant Minister in the country. [...] b) Failure by the assessors, the reviewers or the Secretariat - the President may write a letter to or liaise with the head of delegation of the assessor or reviewer, or the FATF Executive Secretary (for the Secretariat). [...] The basic products of the evaluation process are the MER and the Executive Summary (for the FATF) and the DAR and ROSC (for the IFIs)17F8. [...] As necessary, the staff of the IFIs may also seek updates from the authorities or join the FSAP mission for a review of the most significant AML/CFT issues for the country in the context of the prevailing standard and methodology.
