Evaluating the U.S. Military's Progress Toward an Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce: Five-Year Process Evaluation Plan

Service members can harm others and themselves through sexual assault, harassment, domestic abuse, child abuse and neglect, intimate partner abuse, and suicide. The U.S. Department of Defense is hiring roughly 2,000 Integrated Primary Prevention personnel to conduct data-informed activities to prevent these harmful behaviors. In this report, the authors describe the methods for evaluating progress toward fully implementing this workforce.
