• CONTRACT TERMS AND DURATION 2
• 1. The fellow will receive an annual stipend monthly paid by the Bank out of the funds provided 2
• 2. The Fellow will sign a contract with the Bank before commencement of service. 3. For the duration of hisher contract with the Bank the Fellow will for all operational purposes 2
• 4. The Fellow is not a regular employee of the Bank or is not granted a right to employment with 2
• 5. The Fellow shall not participate in the Banks child educational scheme and staff medical 2
• 6. The Mo Ibrahim Foundation will ensure that the Fellow has hisher own medical insurance 2
• 7. The travel and shipping costs for the assumption of duty and repatriation at the end of the 2
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2
• 1. Design develop and help implement innovative approaches to various strategic issues of 2
• 2. Undertake research and analysis of existing and emerging strategy program and policy areas 2
• 3. Assist with the monitoring and analysis of the implementation of various Bank Group initiatives 2
• 4. Participate in high-level discussions and contribute to the preparation of the Presidents 2
• 5. Carry out any other assigned duties by relevant senior staff in the Presidents office. 2
