Approximately 50 participants attended the workshop over two days, both virtually andin person. Participants represented critical constituencies working to address the climatefinance gap in FCS: experts in public financial management, climate action, and conflictand fragility from multilateral development banks; technical and policy experts from verticalclimate and peace-building funds; representatives of governments affected by conflict andfragility; researchers; multilateral institutions; and experts from the development and peacesectors. Following a review of the global state of climate finance in FCS, the workshop wasorganized into thematic sessions. This note combines two sections. Part 1 comprises a technical summary of the key themes highlighted by participants. Part 2 outlines the solutions generated during the workshop.
