The involvement of the local population is essential to the success of the project in order to ensure smooth collaboration between project staff and local communities and to minimize and mitigate environmental and social risks related to the proposed project activities. [...] The CERP project will facilitate and arrange for consultative meetings with members of the vulnerable and marginalized groups and in these meetings, there will be free and prior information about the proposed sub project, the proposed location, and potential adverse impacts of the project on the marginalized and vulnerable groups.
