Most of them are enrolled in the 135 centres belonging to the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, which are run by the Tunisian Vocational Training Agency, while the other trainees in the state system attend eight centres administered by the Tunisian National Tourism Office (ONTT) under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism, the centres overseen by the Ministry of Public Health or. [...] The second segmentation factor is the absence of a definition of the educational functions of the two components of the education and training system that would make it possible to identify clearly the specific role of each and the ways in which one complements the other in the process of imparting knowledge and know-how.
