Since March, Presidential Economic Advisor James Mnyupe and the CEO of the Namibian Investment Promotion and Development Board Nangula Uaandja have turbo- charged the initiative contained in HPPII, namely to [pages 36 and 37]: 1 The Namibia Quarterly Economic Review is compiled by the Institute for Public Policy Research and is financially supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
