[...] Once you click the blue Confirm Appointment, a new window will appear on your screen with the booking details such as the date and time of your appointment as well as the provider’s name (*please note that if a temporary/locum provider is covering your usual provider’s practice, you will see your usual provider’s name, not the name of the temporary/locum provider).
