During the process of implementation of the Scheme, in case of any breach of the terms and conditions as laid down in the Letter of Approval (LoA) coming to notice, the organization/individuals may be black listed from receiving any assistance under the RSNA for a period of five years from the date of approval of the Competent Authority on such a decision of debarment.
