The Bidder shall quote in the Payment currency of the Purchaser’s Country the portion of the Bid price that corresponds to expenditures incurred in the currency of the Purchaser’s Country, unless otherwise specified in the BDS. [...] An Abnormally Low Bid is one where the Bid price, in Bids combination with other constituent elements of the Bid, appears unreasonably low to the extent that the Bid price raises material concerns with the Purchaser as to the capability of the Bidder to perform the Contract for the offered Bid price. [...] After evaluation of the price analyses, in the event that the Purchaser determines that the Bidder has failed to demonstrate its capability to perform the contract for the offered Bid price, the Purchaser shall reject the Bid. [...] The Notification of Intention to Award shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: (a) the name and address of the Bidder submitting the successful Bid; (b) the Contract price of the successful Bid; (c) the names of all Bidders who submitted Bids, and their Bid prices as readout, and as evaluated; (d) a statement of the reason(s) the Bid (of the unsuccessful Bidder to whom the notifica.
