KENYA – NATIONAL ADOLESCENT - MENTAL HEALTH SURVEY (K-NAMHS)

We acknowledge the support of the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) in the implementation of the study. [...] The MOH, particularly the Division of Mental Health and Adolescent Health, provided support and guidance throughout the study period from the planning phase to the dissemination of the findings. [...] The information presented here is intended to provide the MOH and other stakeholders with a better understanding of the prevalence of mental disorders so as to improve the promotion of mental health and increase availability of mental health services for adolescents.
