MA 8 • West Virginia administers four programs serving children—Child ME 10 As the country adjusts to a new reality of work and home life amid the Care and Development Fund (CCDF); Head Start Collaboration WA 10 pandemic, American families are faced with the challenge of finding and Office; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); and CT 12 affording quality child care, now more than ever.
