In 2013, Oxfam launched Women’s Economic Empowerment and 2 hours a day Care (WE-CARE) and developed research tools and methodologies, such as the Rapid Is the average reduction in time Care Analysis and Household Care Survey, to measure unpaid care and domestic work (UCDW) in women’s economic empowerment and livelihood programs.
