The success of the MA programme led to the development of the four-year PhD programme which began in 2017. [...] As part of the partnership with BfdW, CPCS is undertaking an external evaluation to assess the project outcome and achievement objectives, scholarship program, and to help measure the impact of the ACTS programme in the Asian Region. [...] The project proposal will be provided to the Evaluator to provide more detailed background on the project context, including the structure and curriculum of the ACTS programme, and objectives of the project.
