[...] India managed to mitigate the negative fallout over its stance on the Russian invasion with the West and had diplomatically trod the middle ground in the initial stages of the war. [...] India has steadfastly refused to vote to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine in the United Nations. [...] While the entry of the private sector is promising, it is unlikely to herald major changes in the near future.
