This is due to the effective combination of natural and vaccine immunity in protecting populations at this stage of the pandemic and the risks that covering the face can present to social interaction, particularly for vulnerable individuals. [...] Consider the: service user's tested or presumed COVID-19 status size of the outbreak spread within the setting units which are affected physical layout of the building vaccination status of the individual and coverage at the setting Seek support from the local HPT managing the outbreak. [...] If admission to the care home or residential setting is in the best interests of the service user's health and wellbeing, then this should be supported.
