Contribution Agreement

Licence of Copyright and Consideration I agree that: 1.1 In consideration of the publication of my CEP Discussion Paper (the Discussion Paper) detailed above, I grant to the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, use, distribute, exploit and further license use of the Discussion Paper, including the abstract, in any media, whether prin. [...] I understand that as the Author (or the Co-Author) of the Discussion Paper, copyright in the Discussion Paper remains with me (or with me and my co-author/s if the Paper is co-authored unless otherwise agreed between me and my co-author/s). [...] Author’s warranties and indemnity I warrant that: 2.1 This Discussion Paper is an original work; 2.2 I am the owner (or the co-owner) of copyright in the whole and every part of the Discussion Paper, or am duly authorised by the owner(s) to grant under this agreement a licence to hold and disseminate copies of the Discussion Paper; and I have obtained all permissions for the reproduction in all me. [...] 2.3 I have acknowledged the source of any material included in the Discussion Paper which has not been authored by me; 2.4 the Discussion Paper contains no violation of any existing copyright or other third party right or any material of an obscene, indecent, libellous or otherwise unlawful nature and that to the best of my knowledge the Discussion Paper does not infringe the intellectual property. [...] 3.8 LSE and/or the CEP is under no obligation to publish the Discussion Paper and the final decision of publishing or otherwise using the Discussion Paper remains exclusively with LSE and/or the CEP.
