Impacts of a ban or restrictions in sale of items in the EU's single use plastics directive

1.2 One of the measures (Article 5 in the Directive) is a restriction on placing certain SUPs items on the market, stating that “Member States shall prohibit the placing on the market of the products listed in Part B of the Directive’s Annex and of products made from oxo-degradable plastic”.
