They are not intended to limit or inhibit employees or other authorized individuals, but to protect them and AAMHCS’ information and assets, and to ensure congruence with the values and objectives of the Centre. [...] The computers and the computer accounts given to Users are to assist them in the performance of their jobs; 2. [...] Use of passwords to gain access to the computer system or to encode particular files or messages does not imply that users have an expectation of privacy in the material they create or receive on the computer system; b. [...] If the token is lost, Users must notify the IT Help Desk immediately and the User will reimbursement the Centre for the cost of replacement of a new token. [...] Users should be aware that all files, data, emails and programs are the property of Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services which the supervisors, Executive Director or designate, and the IT Help Desk have the right to access.
