[...] The goal of the reform process was to ensure the increased performance of the AU systems in carrying out development initiatives and programs that would accelerate the completion of the first 10-year implementation plan of Agenda 2063. [...] The AU Reform process goes beyond the work of the Commission and the reform unit alone.
