[...] As of 12 June, the Refugee Response Plan (RRP) for Sudan has only received 13 per cent of its required funding (around $60 million of the total requirement of $470.4 million), while the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) has received 16 per cent of its required funding ($401 million of the total requirement of $2.57 billion). [...] Mobilise needed flexible financial resources for the humanitarian response in Sudan and the Refugee Response in the Region, ensuring the sustainability and resilience of the host communities, including through the Sudan Humanitarian Fund, Humanitarian Response Plan, and Regional Refugee Response Plan as well as mobilising financial contributions for resilience building to reduce humanitarian needs. [...] • Member States and partners are encouraged to commit financial support to the Humanitarian Response Plan in Sudan and the Refugee Response Plan in the Region ahead of the event.
