The competition is open to anyone, aged 16 and over, including employees of COMPAS and the University of Oxford. [...] The winning entries will be that, which in the opinion of the judges, most aptly captures the content and spirit of the theme. [...] In consideration of COMPAS agreeing to consider the entry, each entrant grants to COMPAS an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty- free, worldwide license for the full period of copyright to publish or otherwise use the entry in so far as is relevant to this specific competition in any way and at any time and to sub-license such rights to any third-party.
