In the transport field, the Policy indicates the need to support the reduction of emissions from road transport and developing low- and zero-emission transport (Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland & Ministry of Climate, 2019). [...] The main objective of the Strategy was "increasing the transport accessibility of the country and improving the safety of traffic participants and the efficiency of the transport sector by creating a coherent, sustainable, innovative and 7 user-friendly transport system at the national, European and global level” (MInistry of Infrastructure, 2019).
