It is imperative that our organisations are held accountable for not just the numbers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainees and fellows, but the accessibility of our programs, the appropriateness of our selection processes that value the strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants, maximum retention and smooth progress through training and assessment.
