The blue, green, and black grids have the ambition to include the preservation of biodiversity in regional planning decisions, contributing to the improvement of the living environment and the attractiveness of tourism. [...] To face the challenge of climate change, it is necessary to renew the offer and invent the economic and tourism model of tomorrow, to develop outdoor tourism, 4-season tourism - particularly in the Alpine territories - and to support the renewal of the facilities necessary for the transition of tourism offers and the creation of demonstrators. [...] The aim of the region is to accelerate the deployment of a port of the future, which guarantees the highest standards in terms of cybersecurity, environmental resilience, and security of the logistics chain. [...] This section defines the criteria for the security of the energy system, in particular the criterion of failure of the electricity system; • The improvement of energy efficiency and the reduction of primary energy consumption, in particular fossil fuels; • The development of the use of renewable and recovered energy. [...] HRADF, the Asset Development Fund of the Greek State, plays a key role in the upgrading of infrastructure for the development of sustainable tourism, with the strategy of privatization and joint exploitation of key infrastructures in the form of PPPs.
