[...] We commend the City Council for its leadership in sparking and supporting CUNY Reconnect, which has grown in less than two years to become one of the largest and most inclusive college comeback initiatives in the nation. [...] And with most CUNY graduates choosing to remain in New York, the benefits for the city’s economy and communities are enormous.
