The report aims to compare the scale of displacement in each country and refugees from Ukraine still face barriers accessing the services to which they have been their response capacity, with a focus on the specific situation of refugees in terms of granted rights. [...] In response to the massive mobilisation of communities to assist of their legal situation and rights in the host country Ukrainians fleeing the war, including hosting them in private homes, the governments of the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia introduced a solidarity allowance for private hosts.
