Tobacco Policy Trend Report: Helping Smokers Quit: State Cessation Coverage

11 Nov 2008

Smoking cessation treatments have long been recognized for their medical- and cost-effectiveness. Yet, cessation treatments are not provided as widely as they should be. It provides a list of common barriers to smoking cessation coverage and recommendations from the American Lung Association to improve state coverage of cessation treatments.
