The aim is to constitute a link between the world of research and decision-makers, by bringing academic rigor through studies and cutting-edge analyzes to the economic and social problems and facts of the country and the sub-region. It is therefore a public entity. The activities of the Center are implemented through 04 themes which are: (i) monitoring of economic and social policies; (ii) optimization of the agricultural value chain and food security; (iii) support for the local governance process through the coherence of sectoral policies and, (iv) advocacy for youth employment and entrepreneurship.
