IPS

The Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) is a think tank which focuses on U.S. foreign policy, U.S. domestic policy, human rights, international economics, and national security. The Institute for Policy Studies was founded in 1963 by Marcus Raskin and Richard Barnet as the think tank for "the most powerful of the powerless".
