Summary The development of systematic, continuous, and effective communication and co- operation with the members of the Croatian national minority in Montenegro, which for centuries has mostly consisted of the autochthonous population of Boka Kotorska, is in the focus of numerous state and public institutions of the Republic of Croatia.
