To accelerate the efforts of network partners to develop leadership, Teach For All has synthesized and is sharing learning from across its network through a new teaching and learning framework: the Teaching as Collective Leadership (TALC) framework. The authors examine the efforts of two network partners to apply principles from the framework in their unique contexts. Both partners report programmatic changes since encountering the framework.
