Consisting of several thematic issues, the Amadeus Institute's "From Defiance to Challenges: The Age of Great Change" Report of 2018, is the culmination of reflections, exchanges and debates on issues of priority regarding the continental agenda of International Think Tanks in recent months. Faithful to its multidisciplinary horizons, the Institute proposes, through this report, to analyze and reflect on the most burning issues of regional and international importance, ranging from geopolitics to the economy, including sustainable development. The purpose of this document is to provide a non-exhaustive, but focused inventory, while making relevant recommendations and identifying the most promising future prospects. Following the return of Morocco to its institutional family, the African Union, and its application for membership of ECOWAS, the African continent is clearly at the center of the work of this report. / Composé de plusieurs dossiers thématiques, le Rapport « De la défiance aux défis : l’ère des grands bouleversements 2018 » de l'Institut Amadeus vient couronner les réflexions, les échanges et de débats menés, autour des questions prioritaires de l’agenda continental et international, par le Think Tank ces derniers mois. Fidèle à ses horizons pluridisciplinaires, l'Institut propose, à travers ce Rapport, analyses et réflexions autour des problématiques les plus brûlantes de l'actualité régionale et internationale, allant de la géopolitique à l'économie, en passant par le développement durable. L’objectif de ce document est de faire un état des lieux, non exhaustif mais ciblé, tout en formulant des recommandations pertinentes et en identifiant les perspectives d'avenir les plus prometteuses. Suite au retour du Maroc à sa famille institutionnelle, l'Union Africaine, et à sa demande d'adhésion à la CEDEAO, le continent africain est tout naturellement, placé au centre des travaux de ce Rapport.
