[...] Conclusions from the research The research provided an overview both of the need for immigration advice and the methods which are being pursued to ‘do more with less’ and increase capacity, effi ciency and accessibility in the system of immigration advice provision. [...] These include: undertaking detailed regional mapping of both immigration advice and the wider access to justice sector, supporting regional conventions to discuss and plan in the light of regional realities of demand and current supply, and potentially developing an online client resource to help those seeking services in the area navigate the services available.
