China and the - Air DEFENCE Identification Zone (ADIZ)

The scenario has increased the probability of a clash between Japan and China, and the likelihood of involvement of the US in the region. [...] The smart move by the US, after the voyage of B 52 bombers, was reflected in the advisory the Obama administration issued to US airlines to respect the Chinese ADIZ and inform the Chinese authorities, while entering the zone.
