The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) took a rare action on August 29 and summoned the Turkish ambassador to Ukraine, Yagmur Ahmet Guldere, to the ministry for a public dressing-down over the exemption Turkey may have made to the Montreux Convention.
