Opening Statement Good morning, Chairman Gallagher, Ranking Member Khanna, and members of the committee. Thank you for the privilege of testifying. I’d like to use my opening statement to make three points. First, I believe artificial intelligence (AI), and particularly emerging capabilities like generative AI, are a national security lifeline for the United States.
