[...] I f one looks s pecifically a t the  areas covering o ur c ity r egions, t he f igures are 4 4% primary a nd 3 1% s econdary  school c hildren driven t o s chool i n u rban areas in the South W est; 42% primary a nd  25% secondary school children i n Metropolitan a reas in the W est M idlands; 41%  primary a nd 28% secondary s chool c hildren in M etropolitan a reas in  Yorkshire/Humberside; and 2.
